We produce several exhaust manifolds, our best quality all Stainless Steel high quality Exhaust manifolds are for DB2 to MkIII, they are beautifully  fabricated & TIg welded, not like other pattern exhaust manifolds on the market., sold 20 + pairs..

Stainless manifold to cylinder head & downpipe flanges, these are water jet cut for accuracy, reduced distortion & cleaner weld. This is a very expensive way of doing things but it pays dividends when 10 years on the manifolds look great with no rusty flanges, etc.

The tubes are cut the flanges are then fitted to our Jig & the assembly is then TIG welded.

These exhaust manifolds are made exclusively for us using our own tooling in batches of 5 or 6 pairs at a time. Why not use the best exhaust manifolds available !

They are for STD direct replacement but we also make some that comply with FIA regulations but are more like 'works' DB2 ones.

Available in STD cup type downpipe fitting for DB2 to MkII, STD 2 bolt oval flanges in the MkIII style or our 4 bolt Stainless flange which is a vast improvement - not original though, these are more expensive to make as they have the head flange & the downpipe flange in Stainless steel.

Although not original, the 4 bolt system (adapted from RSW's 3 bolt flange) removes the problem of blowing downpipes, 4 bolt flange gaskets are supplied & a pair of extra stainless flanges to weld on to your downpipes, this can be carried out easily with a MIG welder or Tig welder, or just get us to fit the exhaust downpipes properly in our workshops & fit them in the right place for you. 

If 2 bolt oval flange manifolds supplied we can also provide a spare pair of steel flanges to weld to your downpipes.

Manifolds in photo are attached to a freshly rebuilt DBA MkIII engine, just ready to dyno test

These are only available from Four Ashes in this style, not to be confused with inferior manifolds, our manifolds are the only ones with 'square' corners on the head to manifold flange as opposed to a cut at about 60° on either end.
