We have had to have the Chassis Main Box sections for a DB2 to MkII made for a rebuild of a customers car, also needed for repairing the cruciform in which corrosion is becoming more common,
There are 3 sizes used which are:
2.5" x 1.25" rounded edge as used for the 2 main chassis legs, the perimeter box section around the main cabin & cruciform in the centre of the car under the gearbox.
1.5" x 1.25" box for the engine bay upper rails.
3" x 1.25" for rear chassis legs & brace.
Not suitable for a DB MkIII which uses square edge box section on the main chassis - these will be made shortly.
