Sprung loaded DB2/4 MkI tailgate plunger assembly, in plated mild steel, with spring loaded brass plunger as original.

NOT for MkII as it states in the Part's Book, MkII's have a 'break back' lever assembly same as a MkIII

We suggest that you fit these with sealant & a fibre washer under the panel, between the nut & panel to stop water leaks.

To hold the slotted nut without damaging it you need a 'Lucas switch tool' with pegs off Ebay.
