Oil pump reconditioning service,  stripped & rebuilt own unit.

Consists of:

strip, casing hot washed & carefully vapour blasted, body & rotors inspected & measured for wear, drive shaft & inner rotor stripped, bronze bushes & drive shaft gears inspected & measured for wear, casing machined for new oversize outer rotors - concentric to shaft (as AML drawing), casing flowed for better oil flow in & oil cavitation on exit, new inner rotor fitted - if needed new drive shaft & bush fitted,  all to exacting tolerances 

can be on exchage basis if required subject to inspection of old unit.
