Disc brake conversion kit, as used to be fitted in Four Ashes workshop. These are supplied now with alloy MkIII calipers for a more original look - occasionally they can be supplied with new DB5 calipers or a Non AM type alloy caliper for those who are not interested in original looks.

Our very comprehensive kit contains the parts for your DB2 or DB2/4 conversion to disc brakes includes:

2 calipers, 2 discs, 2 MkIII brake dust shields, 1 set 'grippy' brake pads, 4 Pad anti rattle plates, 2 caliper alloy mounting brackets, 2 brake hose mounting 'weld on' brackets, 1 brake proportioning valve to stop rear brakes locking or 2 smaller dia rear wheel cylinders, 4 brass pipe unions, 2 king pin roller bearing conversion kits, 2 MkIII kingpin caps, 4 steering arm bolts, 4 caliper bracket mounting bolts, 4 caliper mounting bolts, fitting bolts not mentioned, etc. + instructions to fit.

All you need to do the conversion. (You also need Mk111 or DB4 curly centre wheels for the conversion as the DB2 to early DB MkIII wheels have the wrong shape centres for disc brakes & so don't fit - these are extra to this kit & not supplied with it.)

The MkIII alloy caliper kit is £ 3000 + VAT

The DB5 caliper kit (can use 15" wheel with this kit) is a similar price
