Valve guides in very hard wearing bronze for DB2 to DB2/4 MkIII Alperform Alloy Cylinder heads, these heads are fitted with 5/16" or 8mm valve stem size & fitted with valve shim operation of valve gear as STD, the early heads are now 10 or so years old now & may need some work carrying out inc replacement of guides.

What makes our valve guides superior to Alperform STD guides ?, material & the positive location collar / step around the guide, the precision of manufacture, possibly the best available.

Warning Note: most manufacturers of valve guides use a brass looking valve guide material CZ114, this is an inferior material not suitable for valve guides - our material  is difficult to machine, very hard wearing & is the best material to use for valve guides, its a dull copper colour. We use only the best materials !
